Covid 19 Policy

Given current restrictions in place to prevent the spread of Covid 19 we now have updated our health and safety guidelines. Our on-site policy is as follows:

• We avoid making physical contact with the customer – no hands greeting
• Always maintain at least 2 metres distance from the customer at all times and avoid being in the same room (or area) whenever possible to minimise contact.
• Thank you but under current circumstances we do not accept refreshments
• Social distancing must be maintained and animals must be kept indoors on a lead.
• Face shield used for all interactions irrespective of social distancing
